30-day tenant placement

If we don't place a qualified tenant within 30 days of marketing, we waive your first month's management fee.

Eviction protection

If a tenant we placed under our screening criteria has to be evicted, we cover up to $600 toward eviction costs.

Vendor markup capped

Maintenance coordination is a 10% markup on the final invoice, capped at $500 per work order. The invoice is in your portal.

Month-to-month contract

No long-term lock-in. If we don't earn the relationship every month, you leave with no penalty.
